I met cartoonist Jim Unger in 1982 at a book signing event. At the height of its popularity, his comic panel feature Herman appeared in over 600 newspapers. Despite its success, Unger quit the comic panel in 1992 due to burnout.

The panel posted above resonates with Jayme and me as we often kid each other about being mature enough to watch certain programming on television.
