Big George by VIP, 4/1/1977

Virgil Partch, who signed his work VIP, was a prolific gag cartoonist. His work appeared in numerous magazines, books and newspapers. He is best known for his comic panel feature Big George. Sadly, he and his wife were killed in an automobile accident in 1984.
