I’m back from my daughter’s wedding celebrations. They were  wonderful and magical experiences filled with joy, but not without some anxiety and drama.

Pictured below is the wedding cake topper created by Emily’s lifelong friend Angela Woodside. Emily and Angela have known each other since they were a couple of months old, born on the same day. I worked with Angela’s father at Filmation Studios. Angela is a great talent, as you can see from the beautiful Owl and Pussycat topper.

The major downside to the wedding experience was the late and  unwelcome arrival of COVID. My son-in-law’s mother was hit first and then passed it along to the newlyweds.
